Returns & Exchanges

At Needledust, we strive for perfection in every pair of handcrafted footwear, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure that the items are unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the authentic invoice for a successful request.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack the footwear securely in the original Needledust box; our logistics partner will conduct a brief surface check during pickup to ensure the product is in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary pickup from your delivery address within 2-3 business days.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality check, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange pair immediately.
